A lightweight public handle to a registered stub.

Provides read-only access to the stub's name and invocation count without exposing the internal Stub type.

Returned by BuildingStep.respondsWith and related methods, and by MokksyServer.getStub, MokksyServer.allStubs, and MokksyServer.findAllUnmatchedStubs.
