resetMatchState()

Resets the match state of all currently registered stubs to unmatched, and clears the request journal.

Note: stubs configured with StubConfiguration.eventuallyRemove that have already been matched are permanently removed from the registry on first match and will not be re-armed by this call. Re-register them explicitly before the next scenario.
